Drops Official Rules

SolCard Drops (the "Program") is operated by SolCard, legally known as SC PAYMENTS LIMITED (Business Registration Number 78350827), Unit 1603, 16/F, The L. Plaza, 367-375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong ("SolCard," "we," or "us"). Questions about the Program can be sent to support@solcard.cc.

These Official Rules apply together with the SolCard Terms of Use. If they conflict, these Official Rules govern the Program.

There is no fee to join a Drop, and entries cannot be bought. Entries are earned through normal card spending and through bonus entries granted in promotions, as described below. Taking part does not increase any card fee or charge.

The Program is open to holders of an active SolCard account who are eligible to use SolCard under the Terms of Use, including its age, verification, geographic, and sanctions requirements. People who cannot lawfully take part in a prize promotion where they live may not join or win a Drop.

Each person may take part using one SolCard account. SolCard may withhold a prize from any account that breaks these Official Rules or the Terms of Use.

• Card spending. Each approved purchase made with a SolCard card earns 100 entries per US dollar spent, rounded down to the nearest whole entry. Entries are credited when the purchase is approved.
• Bonus entries. SolCard may grant bonus entries for account sign-up, referral codes, or other promotions shown in the App.
• What does not earn entries. Top-ups, withdrawals, fees, and any activity other than an approved card purchase do not earn entries.

Entries do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for money.

Each Drop is listed in the App with its prize, tier (Standard, Premium, or Exclusive), and closing time. While a Drop is live, you choose how many of your entries to use on it and join. There is no maximum.

Entries used on a Drop are spent when you join. They cannot be withdrawn or moved to another Drop, and they are not returned after the draw, whether you win or not.

The tier describes the type of prize only. Every Drop uses the same entry rate and draw method.

Each Drop has one winner. Every entry used on a Drop has an equal chance of being selected, so your chance of winning equals the number of entries you used divided by the total entries used on that Drop by all participants. The live total for each Drop is shown in the App and on the Drops page.

Every draw is provably fair and can be checked by anyone:

1. When the Drop is created, a random 32-byte server seed is generated. Its SHA-256 hash is published before the Drop closes, so the seed cannot be changed afterward.
2. When the Drop closes, SolCard targets the Solana slot 10 slots after the close. When that slot is finalized, its block hash is recorded.
3. The winning entry is SHA256(serverSeed + blockHash) modulo the total number of entries in the Drop.
4. After the draw, the server seed is revealed. Anyone can hash it, compare it with the published hash, and recompute the winning entry from the public block hash.

No one, including SolCard, can know the block hash in advance, choose the winner by hand, or change the result once the draw has run. If a Drop closes with no entries, no winner is drawn.

The winner is shown in the App, where they claim the prize. Winners are listed publicly under a generated pseudonym, never their real name.

When claiming, the winner chooses one of:

• The physical prize, shipped to the address the winner provides. The winner must supply their full name, phone number, delivery address, and tax identification number so the prize can be delivered and cleared through customs.
• A cash alternative, paid in USDT on Solana, as shown in the App when claiming.

This choice is final once submitted. Prizes cannot be transferred to another person. If a physical prize becomes unavailable, SolCard may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations that apply to them.

SolCard may change the closing time of a live Drop. A Drop that already has entries cannot be withdrawn. SolCard may update these Official Rules, and the version shown on this page at the time a Drop closes applies to that Drop.

SolCard is not responsible for failed or delayed network activity, Solana outages that delay a draw, or incorrect delivery details provided by a winner. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any right you have under applicable law.
