Pay Fly.io with Crypto

Fly.io bills per organization and prorates charges by the time resources are provisioned, so your bill can combine Machines, extra RAM, volumes, bandwidth, GPUs, and other infrastructure instead of a single flat plan. SolCard is a practical fit when your hosting spend changes with actual runtime and storage usage.

Fly.io lets a Billing Organization receive one invoice for Linked Organizations, and linked orgs share the parent organization's credits. If you separate staging, client, or team workloads by organization, SolCard can back the consolidated billing entity instead of each org needing its own payment setup.

Fly.io says monthly invoicing requires a credit card or credits, and customers without a card can buy credits from the Billing section with a $25 minimum purchase. That gives you two real payment patterns to support: leave SolCard on file for end-of-month billing or use it when topping up credits deliberately.

Fly.io bills stopped Machines for root file system usage, keeps charging for volumes even when they are unattached or attached to stopped Machines, and notes that Managed Postgres lives outside your apps. Using a dedicated crypto-funded card makes it easier to isolate spend from leftover infrastructure that survives cleanup.

Not every Fly.io charge is purely pay-as-you-go. Standard, Premium, and Enterprise support packages recur, while machine reservations are bought upfront for a year and convert into monthly credits. SolCard works for both billing shapes without changing how Fly.io invoices the organization.

A single Fly.io invoice can include Managed Postgres plan and storage charges, Fly Kubernetes clusters, dedicated IPv4 addresses, managed SSL certificates, and partner services such as Upstash Redis or Tigris that Fly bills on behalf of the provider.
