Complete checkout in Smarty
Choose the Smarty product and plan you want on the website or in your account dashboard, then finish the normal card payment with your SolCard. If your purchase is a sales-assisted annual or invoiced order, follow Smarty's contract billing flow instead of the self-serve checkout.
Why SolCard fits Smarty's billing model
Smarty says paid subscriptions stay active for a set period or number of lookups, whichever comes first. If a plan is depleted early, Smarty renews the same level on the current date and charges the card on file or invoices the account, which makes funding more time-sensitive than a simple month-end SaaS renewal.
Smarty's billing is product-specific: the Street Address API is priced per address submitted, US Address Autocomplete counts partial queries and keystrokes, and International Address Autocomplete charges when a user selects a suggestion. SolCard works best when you know which lookup model your integration actually generates.
Smarty's self-serve products offer a 42-day free trial without a credit card. When you are ready to keep US Address Verification, reverse geocoding, or autocomplete running beyond the trial limits, SolCard can fund the paid card checkout inside Smarty's own billing flow.
Some Smarty plans are bought online, while annual subscriptions above $500 can be invoiced and products like US Property Data or custom legal and privacy terms often go through sales. SolCard is most relevant for the normal self-serve card flow, not every negotiated enterprise order.
Smarty says month-to-month subscriptions have no cancellation fee, but annual plan cancellations are handled through your sales representative or sales@smarty.com. Refund eligibility is also usage-sensitive: requests must be made within 30 days, and some products only refund unused lookups.
Smarty emails you when about 10% of a subscription remains. If the same subscription depletes more than three times in 24 hours, Smarty disables auto-renew to prevent runaway charges, which is a real consideration for high-volume shipping or address-cleaning jobs.

About Smarty
Smarty sells address data and shipping-adjacent APIs through smarty.com, including US and international address verification, address autocomplete, reverse geocoding, and property data. Customers usually start with a 42-day trial that does not require a card, then move into paid web subscriptions that are valid for a set term or number of lookups, whichever comes first, while some larger annual and custom purchases are handled through sales or invoice. SolCard lets you use crypto for Smarty's normal card billing when you are paying for self-serve plans and renewals on the website.
Smarty billing and payment FAQ
Smarty's public billing docs describe website payments by credit card and invoiced subscriptions for qualifying annual plans, but it does not advertise a native crypto checkout. SolCard is useful because it lets you fund Smarty's ordinary card billing with crypto instead.
