Why SolCard fits Voipfone's billing model
Voipfone's ready-made business plans currently run from Β£5 to Β£20 per user per month, with 100, 500, 1000, or unlimited UK minutes included. SolCard works well when a 30-day trial turns into a live paid plan or when you switch between tiers as call volume changes.
Voipfone Flex starts at Β£2 per extension per month and lets you add or remove extensions, UK phone numbers, call queues, IVRs, call barring, cloud call recording, custom music on hold, and Call Me Back Pro directly from the Package Builder.
When included minutes run out, or you need to call international, 084, or other excluded numbers, Voipfone falls back to ordinary calling credit. Credit can be bought in amounts from Β£5 to Β£500, and auto top-up can repurchase it when your balance drops to a trigger level you set.
Business services renew on a 30-day billing cycle, while residential services bill on the monthly anniversary of the join date. If you add services part way through a cycle, Voipfone can charge a pro-rata amount up to the next billing date.
Voipfone does allow bank transfer for business accounts, but it is manual, takes 3 to 5 days to clear, requires an email to administration after payment, and Voipfone asks for at least 12 months of services at a time that way. Card billing is the faster self-serve route for ongoing account management.
Cancelling a service stops the next rebill, but the service keeps working until its next billing date. Cancelled numbers remain assigned to your account, and if you renew them later Voipfone charges from the cancellation date, so deleting a number is different from merely cancelling it.

About Voipfone
Voipfone sells UK internet phone service for businesses, homeworkers, and residential users, with payments managed in its online Control Panel and Package Builder. Real SolCard use cases include paying for business plans from 100 to unlimited UK minutes, funding Voipfone Flex extensions, adding UK numbers and PBX extras like call queues or IVRs, topping up prepaid calling credit for out-of-bundle or international calls, and keeping recurring renewals active on one account.
Voipfone payment and billing FAQ
Voipfone does not advertise a native crypto checkout. Its billing support page says payments for calling credit and monthly services are made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer, so SolCard is the crypto-funded card option rather than a direct on-site crypto payment method.
