When you upgrade on Genspark, the new plan takes effect immediately, you are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period, and supplemental credits are added right away. Downgrades wait until the next renewal date and unused credits do not carry over, which makes card readiness important when you change plans mid-cycle.

Genspark documents that iOS App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed separately from web subscriptions, and the two channels cannot manage each other. Starting on the website is the cleanest option if you want plan changes, payment-method edits, and invoice access through Genspark's own billing portal.

Genspark's Team Plan is built for organizations with between 2 and 150 users and is sold on a per-seat monthly basis. Genspark says Genspark Claw deployments require an active Genspark Cloud Computer subscription, offered in Standard and Powerful modes. It also warns that when the Cloud Computer subscription ends, the machine is reclaimed and stored data is permanently erased, so funding that separate subscription on time matters if Claw is part of your workflow.
