OpenArt's included monthly credits do not roll over, but purchased add-on credits above your plan's monthly allocation can carry into the next month. That distinction matters if your usage swings between quiet weeks and heavy generation bursts.

OpenArt says it works on both desktop and mobile browsers and has not released a mobile app yet. That keeps billing centered on the website instead of app-store subscriptions, which makes SolCard a practical fit for the merchant's current purchase flow.

OpenArt's terms say commercial use rights begin on Advanced subscriptions and above. If you are paying to use generated work in client, freelance, or business projects, SolCard can fund the tier that matches that commercial licensing threshold.

OpenArt says purchases are generally non-refundable and that cancellations stop the next renewal rather than creating a prorated refund. The documented exception is a yearly-to-monthly downgrade where unused time may be partially refunded with at least a 10% processing fee, so plan choice matters before checkout.
