Birdeye's native crypto option is limited to stablecoins like USDC and USDT and is only offered for longer subscription terms. If you want the standard self-serve monthly flow for Lite, Starter, Premium Plus, or Business, SolCard fits the main card checkout Birdeye exposes in the dashboard.

Birdeye does not bill as a simple flat SaaS seat. Lite includes 1.5M CUs, Starter 5M, Premium Plus 20M, and Business 100M, with extra usage billed per additional 1M CUs and shown separately as Additional API Usages on the upcoming invoice.

Birdeye's pricing page says Premium Plus includes 500 WebSocket connections and Business tiers include 2,000, while WebSocket overage is handled separately with the team. That matters if your product depends on uninterrupted real-time market streams rather than occasional manual queries.

BDS plan changes are immediate. Upgrades activate right away and start a new billing cycle immediately; downgrades also take effect immediately, and Birdeye says there is no prorated credit or CU carry-over when you switch packages.

Birdeye's payment rules say failed overage payments can suspend access within one day, and unresolved balances can cancel the account after three days. Keeping a working card on file matters when Birdeye data is wired into bots, analytics jobs, or customer-facing apps.

The Billing History page records transaction type, amount, date, payment method, status, and lets you download invoice PDFs. That is useful when engineering or trading teams need a clean record of monthly package fees, upgrades, and extra usage charges.
