Freepik's ladder is unusually spread out: Essential gives 8,000 AI credits and premium templates only, Premium adds the full premium library with 20,000 credits, Premium+ adds unlimited image generation on most models plus 45,000 credits, and Pro jumps to 300,000 credits with the Merchandise License.

Only Premium+, Pro, and Business can buy extra credits. Freepik offers 15,000, 30,000, 150,000, and 1,000,000-credit packs, lets you buy them from Plan & billing or from inside an AI tool, and can auto-refill once your balance falls to 5,000 credits or less.

All paid plans renew automatically. Monthly subscriptions recharge one month after the first payment, annual plans renew after 12 months, upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, and downgrades wait until the end of the current paid period.

Freepik Business is self-serve for teams of 2 to 30 and keeps billing centralized under the admin. Each seat contributes 45,000 shared AI credits per month, new seats can be added anytime, and added seats inherit the same renewal date while charging only the proportional remainder of the cycle.

Website subscriptions are managed in Freepik's own billing area, but Google Play and App Store purchases are managed by Google or Apple instead. Freepik can show that you are subscribed on the website without letting you edit details or request refunds there, so SolCard fits best on the direct web checkout.

Freepik says cards must allow online, international, and recurring transactions because the merchant is based in Spain. If a charge is declined after submission, the system retries after 1 day, 7 days, and 21 days before the subscription request is cancelled.
