Kinguin says KING's Pass is purchased separately, billed every 30 days, available only in selected countries, and not sold through guest checkout. Because the subscription uses PayPal or credit card, SolCard is the practical crypto-funded route for that recurring plan.

Kinguin's terms say product prices still stay in fiat even when you choose cryptocurrency, and the checkout shows only an estimated crypto amount based on the live rate. If the exchange rate moves by more than 5% before the payment is credited, Kinguin may cancel the order and refund the original crypto address.

Kinguin's support notes that each product has its own group of payment methods, and the available options can differ by listing or disappear temporarily. That matters on a marketplace where a game key, gift card, top-up, and subscription do not all share the same checkout mix.

Kinguin marks products with region tags such as EU, NA, US, LATAM, EMEA, or ROW and warns that some regions still have country-level exceptions in the description. This is especially important for game keys and gift cards that must match the platform account or country where you redeem them.

If you bought the wrong product and have not claimed it yet, Kinguin allows a return from inventory within 24 hours and issues the refund in Kinguin Balance. Claimed but still-valid unused keys are handled through support within 14 days, while refunds back to the original payment method require a request and can take up to 5 business days.

Kinguin lets buyers generate invoices after checkout, but only if the billing address includes a company name and TAX ID and the invoice checkbox is selected during purchase. That makes SolCard workable for Windows, Office, and other software-license orders where accounting paperwork matters.
