Pay Hetzner with Crypto

Hetzner bills after use, generates invoices on a fixed day, and automatically charges credit cards a few days later. SolCard fits that model when you want a crypto-funded card stored in Hetzner Accounts rather than a one-time checkout card.

Hetzner Cloud bills servers by the hour, rounds partial hours up, and switches to the monthly cap automatically. Even powered-off servers keep billing until you delete them, so SolCard works well for test environments, migrations, and bursty deployments you may remove before month end.

Cloud servers have no setup fee, but dedicated root servers can, and Hetzner shows the current fee during ordering and in Robot. SolCard helps when the same account needs to absorb both one-time setup costs and later recurring infrastructure invoices.

Hetzner Object Storage charges a base price per account for every hour you have at least one active Bucket, even if the Bucket is empty, then bills excess storage and egress separately. That matters when backups, logs, or static assets grow unevenly across the month.

Hetzner's newer S, M, L, and XL web hosting packages separate hosting from domain costs, and extra databases or storage can be added monthly via an authorized konsoleH support request. SolCard is practical when the invoice includes both the base plan and those incremental add-ons.

New Hetzner accounts must choose EUR or USD up front, the currency cannot be changed later, and not every payment option is available in every country. Using SolCard as the supported card path is simpler than rebuilding the account later just to change billing setup.
