Wizzee reserves the offer to customers who live in or can show a stable link to Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Saint-Martin, or Saint-Barthélemy, and its sales terms say physical SIM delivery is not offered outside that zone. SolCard can fund the purchase, but it does not bypass those local eligibility rules.

Wizzee's current terms require a valid Visa or Mastercard for online orders, and its service documents say subscriptions and several paid options are charged by immediate debit to the card registered on the customer account.
