HighLevel does not stop at a single subscription invoice. When you enable services like LC Phone, LC Email, or AI features, HighLevel creates an agency wallet and charges the agency card on file whenever the balance drops below the minimum threshold you set in Billing.

HighLevel's usage charges move with real activity: LC Email is billed at $0.675 per 1,000 emails, email verification is $2.50 per 1,000 checks, premium workflow actions start at $0.01 per execution, and LC Phone pricing follows region-specific Twilio rates. SolCard is practical when your monthly spend depends on how hard your clients are actually sending.

HighLevel always bills the agency owner first, then lets you recover that cost from clients. On Unlimited, you can rebill phone and email without markup; on Agency Pro, you can add markup and use SaaS Mode to automate client account creation and recurring recovery of services like messaging, domains, or AI usage.

A real HighLevel bill often grows after the base plan. Official add-ons include AI Employee at $97 per month per sub-account, Branded Client Portal App at $49 per month, Online Listings at $30 per month per sub-account, WhatsApp at $10 per month per sub-account plus usage, WordPress hosting starting at $10 per site, and dedicated email IPs at $59 per month.

HighLevel runs month to month by default and lets you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the dashboard, but cancellation has real billing consequences: sub-accounts lose access, add-on subscriptions are canceled, and phone numbers plus A2P are deleted after 14 days while charges continue during that window. Using one funded card makes those transitions easier to track.
