Eldorado splits purchases across Currency, Accounts, Top Ups, Items, Boosting, and Gift Cards. That means one buyer might use it for OSRS gold, a Fortnite or Valorant account, Xbox Game Pass, Spotify, or a PlayStation gift card instead of a single product line.

Eldorado officially lists cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Dogecoin, and more. The help center says crypto payments do not require verification and have no payment limits, although they only complete after blockchain confirmation and can take about an hour to appear.

Eldorado applies an 8% fee plus a $0.30 flat fee to every external payment. After funds are in your Eldorado balance, later purchases use that balance without extra fees, so splitting a purchase across separate top-ups and remainder payments can cost more than paying in one shot.

Boosting purchases are not a simple fixed cart for every game. Eldorado asks buyers to choose a game, often specify region or platform, describe the job, and then review seller offers. The platform also warns that communication outside Eldorado chat is not covered by TradeShield protection.

Every account order includes a free 5-day warranty, and select listings offer paid extensions to 3 or 6 months. That protection is narrower than a normal return policy: claims can fail if you already changed login details, played on the account, made purchases, or resold it.

Canceled orders are returned to Eldorado balance first, which is useful for another marketplace purchase but not the same as cashing out immediately. Card refunds require support and may take time to post, while crypto refunds are only issued in Bitcoin even if you originally paid with another coin.
