Pay Curb with Crypto

Curb does not have a single checkout pattern. Its rider app supports Ride Now for immediate pickup, Ride Later for advance reservations, and Pair & Pay for a taxi you already hailed, so SolCard can stay useful across the different ways Curb actually bills riders.

Curb says Ride Later trips can be scheduled up to 48 hours ahead, and its terms allow an additional reservation fee when a scheduled booking results in a taxi ride. That matters if you use Curb for airport pickups, early departures, or planned work travel rather than only last-minute rides.

Curb's terms allow a base service fee on rides booked through the service, and its App Store listing says Upfront Pricing includes estimated tolls and government-mandated taxes or surcharges but can still adjust at the end for actual tolls, taxes, and tip. SolCard is useful because the final amount can be broader than the first number you see.

Curb requires a valid payment card on file, may submit a low-dollar authorization when confirming a card, and may pre-authorize a card when you request a taxi. Keeping SolCard on your personal Curb profile helps isolate those temporary checks from your other cards.

Curb's Business Profile guide says a validated company payment method is automatically added to the Payments menu and becomes the default payment for the business profile. SolCard remains useful on your personal profile when you want your own Curb trips kept separate from employer-paid rides.

Curb's service is limited to U.S. locations, and the app listing says available services can vary by region. Upfront Pricing is only documented for selected cities, so SolCard is most useful when you already know your local Curb flow supports the ride or payment method you plan to use.
