Pay ShipStation with Crypto

ShipStation's Starter, Standard, and Premium plans are priced by monthly shipment volume instead of one flat software fee. SolCard is useful when your store moves between tiers as order volume rises or falls.

ShipStation Carrier labels are paid from ShipStation Balance, and ShipStation lets you add funds during label creation or manually in Payments & Subscription. That makes SolCard practical for label buying when you want postage spend to start from crypto.

ShipStation upgrades take effect immediately with prorated current-cycle charges, while downgrades wait for the next 30-day billing cycle. SolCard fits that pattern when you temporarily scale up for holiday peaks or marketplace promotions.

Starter includes 3 users, Standard 10, and Premium 15. If you downgrade and keep more users than the new plan includes, ShipStation says it can invoice $5 USD per extra user each month on top of the base subscription.

ShipStation splits spending across subscription fees, ShipStation Balance deductions for its own carrier labels, and post-billed carrier invoices like UPS or FedEx. SolCard is most relevant where ShipStation itself is collecting the card payment.

ShipStation lists Fulfillment, 3PL Manager, and Dropshipping as add-on features managed separately from the core plan. Its terms also say additional services can be prorated for the first cycle and then renew until canceled, which gives SolCard more than one ShipStation billing surface to cover.
