Pay on UPS.com or in UPS billing
Create a one-time shipment, pay a bill through UPS Pay Now, or open the UPS Billing Center for account invoices. For international labels, open a UPS payment account first if you want duties and taxes billed to you instead of defaulting to the receiver.
Where SolCard fits UPS payment flows
UPS lets you create a one-time shipment and pay as you go, so you can cover an occasional domestic or international label without first setting up a full UPS billing account. UPS also lets you print the label yourself or at The UPS Store after checkout.
UPS says that if you ship internationally without a UPS payment account and simply pay by card, the label defaults to Delivery Duty Unpaid, so the receiver is billed for duties, taxes, and fees. Opening a UPS payment account changes that by letting you choose whether the shipper, receiver, or in rare cases a third party pays.
UPS Pay Now is built for one-off invoices and does not require Billing Center enrollment or login. That makes it useful when UPS sends a stand-alone bill for import charges or a shipment you are not managing inside a full account portal.
For regular shippers, UPS Billing Center keeps invoices available for 56 weeks and lets you dispute charges from the portal. SolCard fits that ongoing account-based billing flow better than a one-time workaround when you ship often enough to be managing invoices over time.
Prepaying a UPS label is not always the end of the bill. UPS warns that customers who bought a label with a card or PayPal can still receive adjusted shipping charges later, especially when package details or billable measurements change after processing.
UPS lets the payer request a Guaranteed Service Refund for eligible late deliveries and handle invoice disputes through Billing Center. If a package is lost or damaged, claims can also be filed online, so using a consistent payment path helps when you need supporting documents later.

About UPS
UPS sells parcel shipping and label purchases through ups.com for both one-time shippers and account customers. Depending on how you ship, you may pay for a single label at checkout, settle invoices later through UPS Pay Now or UPS Billing Center, or cover import duties, taxes, and corrected shipping charges after the package is processed. SolCard lets you use crypto for those UPS payment flows whenever UPS is already asking for a standard card payment.
UPS payment and billing FAQ
Based on UPS's public US checkout and billing documentation, UPS does not list cryptocurrency as a native payment option. Its payment guidance focuses on cards, digital wallets, Billing Center and Pay Now flows, checks, ACH, and phone-assisted invoice payment, so SolCard is the practical route when you want to fund an eligible UPS charge with crypto.
