Mondial Relay sells one-off shipping labels for three different flows: Locker, Point Relais, and home delivery. SolCard is useful whether you are sending a resale parcel to a pickup point or paying for a home-delivery route where that option is available.

Mondial Relay is not a subscription service for consumers. You can pay shipment by shipment, or recharge a prepaid account that Mondial Relay says can be funded by Carte Bancaire, Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal, then draw down that balance on later label purchases.

The checkout price depends on weight, destination, and format. Lockers cap parcels at 25 kg and 64 x 38 x 39 cm, while Point Relais shipments can go larger, up to 30 kg and 150 cm developed, except for some country flows such as Italy and Poland that use tighter limits.

Mondial Relay includes 25 EUR of indemnization in its standard consumer shipment price, but it also offers five paid indemnization levels up to 500 EUR. If the item inside the parcel matters, SolCard can cover that extra protection when you validate the basket.

Mondial Relay does not let you edit a label after it has been created. Instead, the official help flow is to cancel the unused label within 30 days of payment and buy a new one with the corrected details, which is easier if you can fund the replacement purchase from crypto.

After payment, Mondial Relay lets you send some parcels without printing by using the QR code tied to the order in a Locker, and its app also supports buying labels and tracking shipments. That makes SolCard practical when you want to pay online and drop off quickly.
