SOLC Staking Program Terms

Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. About these terms

The SOLC Staking Program (the "Program") is operated by SolCard, legally known as SC PAYMENTS LIMITED (Business Registration Number 78350827), Unit 1603, 16/F, The L. Plaza, 367-375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong ("SolCard," "we," or "us").

These Program Terms are program-specific terms under the SolCard Terms of Use and apply together with them. If the two conflict, these Program Terms govern the Program. Drops perks are also subject to the Drops Official Rules. Questions can be sent to support@solcard.cc.

2. What the Program is, and what it isn't

The Program gives SolCard cardholders who stake SOLC benefits connected to their use of SolCard: extra Drops entries, access to staker-only Drops, fee waivers, free card issuance, and, at some tiers, a bonus on card deposits that they spend.

The Program is not an investment product. Specifically:

  • It doesn't pay interest or yield on SOLC.
  • It doesn't share SolCard's revenue or profit.
  • It makes no promise about the value of SOLC.

Benefits depend on your tier and on how you use your SolCard. Card rewards are capped each month, and no benefit grows with your stake beyond the tier it qualifies for. Staking doesn't give you any ownership, governance or other right in SolCard.

3. Eligibility

To take part, you must:

  • hold an active SolCard account in good standing;
  • be eligible to use SolCard under the Terms of Use, including its age, verification, geographic and sanctions requirements;
  • not be in a place where taking part is unlawful.

Each person may take part using one SolCard account.

4. Linking a wallet and staking

Linking. You take part by linking one or more Solana wallets, up to a maximum of 5, to your SolCard account. You link each wallet by signing a message that proves you control it. A wallet can be linked to only one SolCard account. Links are permanent: a linked wallet can't be unlinked or replaced, whether by you or through support.

Staking. You stake SOLC through the SolCard staking program on the Solana blockchain. Only SOLC staked from your linked wallets counts, and your staked balance is the total staked across all of them. This includes SOLC staked from a wallet before you linked it. SOLC that is simply held in a wallet doesn't count.

No lock. You can stake more, or unstake any amount, at any time. When you unstake, your SOLC returns to the wallet it was staked from. Unstaking may affect pending card rewards (section 7).

Your responsibility. You're responsible for your wallet, its keys and its security, and for any network fees. SolCard can't reverse a transaction you sign.

5. Tiers

Your tier is set by your qualifying staked balance:

TierQualifying staked balance
Essentialat least 10,000 SOLC
Preferredat least 50,000 SOLC
Signatureat least 250,000 SOLC
Privateat least 1,000,000 SOLC

When changes count. We read staking activity from the blockchain. A change usually counts within a few minutes. Your tier is set by your qualifying staked balance as we have recorded it.

Warm-up. Your qualifying staked balance is your staked SOLC, minus any SOLC that is still warming up. Staked SOLC counts toward your tier when we record the stake, except that we may apply a warm-up before it counts:

  • of up to 7 days, to SOLC added shortly after an unstake;
  • of up to 30 days, to any SOLC you stake, including your first stake, if we reasonably identify your account as linked to another SolCard account that staked first (for example, through a shared device).

SOLC that already counts keeps counting while other SOLC warms up.

6. Benefits by tier

Each tier includes the benefits of the tiers below it.

Drops.

  • Entries from card purchases are multiplied by your tier's multiplier at the time the entries are credited.
  • Some Drops are open only to Signature and Private stakers, as shown on that Drop.
  • Auto-enter is optional. When it's on, we spread your available entries evenly across the open Drops you can enter, shortly before they close.
  • Everything else about Drops is governed by the Drops Official Rules.

No-fee withdrawals. While you hold a tier, you pay no SolCard fee to withdraw your card balance to a crypto address.

Free cards.

  • Each free card is a waiver of the issuance fee, up to US$50, on one Virtual or Platinum card.
  • 12-month windows run from your first stake. Every free card claimed in the current window counts against your current tier's allowance.
  • Unused free cards don't carry over to the next window.
  • Free cards can be claimed 7 days after your staked balance first reaches your tier's minimum, as long as it has stayed at or above that minimum since. Identity verification is required.
  • You can hold one unused free card per card type at a time.
  • The card holding limit in the App (currently 15 cards held at once) applies to every tier.

Dedicated support. Private stakers get a dedicated point of contact at SolCard, who will reach out to them.

7. Card rewards (Signature and Private)

7.1 Rates and caps.

Monthly cap, all currencies combinedUS$125US$500

7.2 Eligible deposits.

  • An eligible deposit is a successful deposit to an eligible SolCard card, in an eligible asset, made while you hold a tier.
  • The eligible assets are listed in the App. As of the date of these terms:
    • Crypto: SOL, SOLC, JitoSOL, JITO, wBTC and wETH on Solana; ETH on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base and Robinhood Chain; BNB; POL; AVAX; HYPE; BTC; LTC.
    • Stablecoins: USDC, USDT, USDG and USDT0.
  • A stablecoin deposit is eligible only if it's charged the standard deposit fee.
  • Certain card programs aren't eligible.
  • Deposits of card rewards (section 7.6) aren't eligible.

7.3 How rewards are credited.

  • Each eligible deposit is recorded at the US dollar amount loaded to your card after fees.
  • When you make a card purchase, it's matched against your recorded deposits, oldest first, across all your cards.
  • A pending reward is credited on the matched amount, at the rate for the lower of your tier when the deposit was made and your tier when the purchase was made.
  • Amounts are rounded down to the cent.
  • Rewards count toward the cap for the calendar month (UTC) in which the purchase was made. The cap that applies is the cap of your tier at the time of the purchase.

7.4 Hold and forfeiture.

  • Each reward is pending for 7 days from when the purchase is processed, and becomes claimable when it's released after that.
  • If, at any time while a reward is pending, your tier is lower than the tier that earned it (including after a full unstake), the whole reward is forfeited. A partial unstake that keeps your tier doesn't affect pending rewards.
  • Release may be delayed while we can't confirm your staking position from the blockchain.

7.5 Refunds, reversals and reviews.

  • If a purchase is refunded or reversed while its reward is pending, the corresponding share of the reward is removed.
  • If it's refunded or reversed after release, the amount is deducted from your future rewards or claims.
  • While your account is under a risk or compliance review, its rewards stay pending and claims are suspended. Section 7.4 continues to apply.

7.6 Claims.

  • A claim pays out all of your claimable rewards, less any deductions. It must total at least US$10 after any deductions and, for a card load, that card's deposit fee.
  • Only one claim can be open at a time.
  • You can receive a claim:
    • as USDT or USDC to the first Solana wallet you linked to your SolCard account, with no SolCard fee; or
    • as a load onto one of your active SolCard cards, subject to that card's normal deposit fee.
  • Claimable rewards don't expire, and you can claim them even after you unstake.

8. Abuse

We may withhold, cancel or recover Program benefits, apply a longer warm-up, or end your participation if we reasonably believe you have:

  • broken these Program Terms or the Terms of Use;
  • used linked or multiple accounts to gain benefits;
  • made deposits or purchases mainly to generate rewards rather than as genuine use (for example, deposit-and-refund cycles); or
  • otherwise acted to manipulate the Program.

We'll tell you when we do this, unless the law prevents us.

9. Changes and ending the Program

  • We'll give at least 30 days' notice, in the App or by email, before changing tiers, rates, caps, allowances or other benefits in a way that's less favourable to you, or before ending the Program.
  • We can make changes that are more favourable to you, or that are required by law or by our card issuing partners, with shorter notice.
  • Rewards already credited when a change takes effect are handled under the terms that applied when they were credited.
  • Ending the Program doesn't affect your ability to unstake.

10. Risks

  • SOLC is a crypto asset. Its price can go down as well as up, and you could lose some or all of its value.
  • Program benefits are card benefits. They don't protect the value of your SOLC.
  • Staking relies on the Solana network and on smart contracts, which can fail, be delayed or have vulnerabilities.

11. Taxes

You're responsible for any taxes that apply to your participation, including on rewards or free cards you receive.

12. Liability and disputes

The disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law and dispute resolution provisions of the Terms of Use apply to the Program.
